I ordered a hip flask and it got lost in transit; yes in the year of our Lord 2026, with Amazon shipping, my package was legitimately lost. Shipped on 28 April, lost on 1 May in Lebanon, TN (last scan at least). Zero Foxtrot made it right! Shipped me a new one straight away. 26 days later and I’m sipping whisky from my flask. Thank you for making it right!
