How often do you guys charge me?
The day you sign up you’ll be charged immediately for the first month (in this case, September). You will not be charged on September 1st because you are paying for September's dues today. Your next payment will be on October 1st. You will be charged on the 1st of the month until you cancel. You will be notified via email and payment will be processed with the card on file.
I signed up, when do I get my monthly shirt?
Your monthly shirt will ship on the 9th of the following month. For example, if you order on August 5th, your order will be shipped by September 9th. If you sign up on August 31, your order will be sent on September 9th.
How do I cancel?
Log in to your Zero Foxtrot customer account (click here). If you're having trouble accessing your account/subscription, we can send a link (click here). Then click "Manage Subscription". On the right side of the page, click on "cancel". If you're on your phone you will need to scroll to the right. Confirm the cancelation and you're done! How do I change my address or payment information?
Log in to your Zero Foxtrot customer account (click here). Then click "Manage Subscription". On the right side of the page, click on "cancel". If you're having trouble accessing your account/subscription, we can send a link (click here). To change your address, click "edit" on the subscription page, just to the right of your address. To change your billing information, click the dropdown menu, select "Billing information". From there you can change your credit card and billing address.
Can I use my reward points while being a member?
Yes! You can use your Reward program points while being a member. Any other discount codes, promotions or sale event will not be able to be used on the membership. But don’t worry, being a member of the Afterlife Club is worth more than any other discounts we give out there to non members.
Is the Afterlife Club available to international customers?
Yes, different terms apply. You will not get free shipping, but we will give you $5 off the shipping method of your choice. This will be applied during checkout. No codes needed. For your subscription, we will only charge $4.99 to ship. You can upgrade to a different shipping method during checkout.
I need to switch sizes, how do I change it?
Log in to your Zero Foxtrot customer account (click here). If you're having trouble accessing your account/subscription, we can send a link (click here). On the right side, click on "Edit". Then click on the drop down menu and select desired size. You have until the last day of the month to change your shirt size.
If I have any issues or questions, how do I contact you?
I know if have to wait a little bit for my monthly shirt, can I use the other perks in the mean time?
YES! All of your perks can be used IMMEDIATELY! No need to wait! To use your perks you must be logged into your Zero Foxtrot account. Login here.
If I don’t like the monthly shirt, can I exchange it or return it?
There are no exchanges for refunds unless the product itself is damaged or has noticeable defects.
How often will you be releasing old designs into the ZF Vault?
We are planning on adding old school drops once a month.
Can I use a coupon in addition to the 20% discount?
No. Your discount will not work with coupons. You will not get an additional 20% off during sales or on sale items.
How do I login to my customer account?
You can access your Customer Portal through your Shopify account login. If you have not registered an account, you will need to create an account using the same email address used at checkout. Once your account is registered, you can login and access your Customer Portal by clicking on the Manage Subscriptions link. Alternatively, you can access your account using the Customer Portal direct link. This link is normally sent in your Subscription Confirmation email and your Upcoming Order email.
