Performance Sun Hoodie

I love these summer hoodies and I now own every colour available. It gets pretty hot during the summer months making it difficult to protect my skin. These Sun Hoodies are phenomenal protection as they cover everything. The thumb-holes keep the sleeves in place and the button on the neck of the hood does the same. It still gets hot of course, but the material still feels comfortable on my skin. I probably don't need every color offered, but who doesn't like options?!

It is breathable, wicks sweat away, and provides sun protection as it should. It is a bit pricey, and be careful if you're a smoker because it isn't fire-retardant. Keep moving because mosquitoes, gnats, biting flies, and ants can get through it. Or just use DEET. I love the old military toothpaste that doesn't cause cancer anywhere but California and Colorado. Now that DEET worked great with this hoodie.

I absolutely love these summer hoodies so I bought every colour offered. They get worn twelve months a year, not just in summer. They fit very well, even with a long sleeved shirt. The extra button on the lower part of the hood keeps the hood in place when it's windy. The material feels comfy even in the oppressive humidity we get in summer.
