Failure at first, but corrected

I order two pair of smugglers at the same time. 2xl. From the time opening the package I noticed the crotch seam was open. A small hole but noticeable. Within weeks that hike had turn into an unusable pair of sweats. I contacted customer support, and not only did they send me a new pair. They corrected to seam problem.

Love these things, seriously best pair of sweats I’ve ever worn.

And fabulous customer service ten stars. I have and will keep buying clothing ZF.
