Excellent Ending!

Never ordered from Zero before but needed a zipped hoodie for freezer work. My first shipment arrived in a reasonable time as I really needed it. It was the wrong product! I reached out to Zero and was immediately responded to and a replacement, return initiated. Well this went so smooth I almost kept the first product and ordered my original again! Anyway Zero Foxtrot got it right and they expedited the return as they knew I needed it for work. On top of that the quality of the hoodie was well beyond again what I expected and I am going to order another! Great company, awesome customer service and a new customer for life. Thank you!
