Buy your t shirt size. I'm 509, 180. Athletic build. I wear mediums in t shirts. Thought I'd go one size smaller based on some reviews... It was too small. So I ended up with a medium which is what I wear in t-shirts and it fits great... Pictured I'm wearing a heavy hooded sweatshirt under. Love the cell phone pockets, side gun belt zips, great pockets inside for CCW, armpit zips and a hood that's zippered in. The only thing it does not have is a loop to hook it on the wall. Throw your patches on there. I recommend.
