Job Description:

As an Inventory Control Specialist at Zero Foxtrot, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our products get into the hands of our loyal customers swiftly and efficiently. You'll be responsible for the overarching logistical processes of the distribution center. From rugged apparel to hard goods and soft good accessories, you will play a key role in our commitment to delivering quality to those who support and defend our nation. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive inbound freight with support from the HQ operations team 
• Ensure that product is organized in the designated location, utilizing the Distribution Center layout guide 
• Process tickets from ShipEasy and partner with the fulfillment team to execute a seamless customer purchase experience 
• Maintain ZFT operational standards in distribution center 
• Process returns/exchanges utilizing Happy Returns and Loop 
• Ensure that all outbound orders are in the designated docking area for carrier pickup 

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds 
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy 
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Schedule:

• Distribution Center Hours: 7AM - 5PM 
• Full Time: 8 Hour Shifts  
• Part Time: 4-5 Hour Shifts 
• Distribution Center Hours will extend during peak periods
