くそったれ (kusottare) is raw, aggressive Japanese profanity—straight out of back alleys, battlefields, and rooms where people stop being polite and start getting corrected. The literal translation is something like “shit-hanger,” but in real use it lands closer to “motherfucker,” “asshole,” or “worthless piece of shit.”
